Abby’s approach to business and education is collaborative and inclusive. She believes in developing deep and lasting relationships anchored by common values and inspired vision. Her facilitation style is intuitive yet planned, calming yet motivating.  She is often moderating panels and leading discussions about next gen leadership and family wealth education, preparation and succession for multi-generational families. 

Her prior work experience includes serving as the Education Director for Highmount Capital while collaborating in media, event and education consulting roles with The Nielsen Company, The Quill Awards, Reed Business Information, Inferential Focus, Tara Center for Healing, Jonathan Product and the USMC Marine Corp Birthday Gala.  A large part of her business experience comes from being an executive assistant to Veterans Activist & Media Executive, Gerry Byrne.

Abby has a BA from Jacksonville University in Communications and a Master’s from NYU’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study in Curriculum Development. She is certified as an Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Values Mentors Facilitator, and Echoing Green- Work on Purpose Trainer and has taught with dozens of youth organizations focused on personal empowerment and leadership development.  Abby’s philanthropic work is manifested as a curator of like minds and hearts.  She has a deep passion for creating community, is the founder of The Roundtable NYC and has co-created a self-esteem program for teen and tweens.  She serves on the board of the Zameer Foundation, focused on education and technology in India.
